New meeting space offers ideal venue for group functions up to 40 people

For intimate meetings, Outrigger Luana Waikiki offers a 192 square-foot space that seats six people. A second 280 square-foot room is perfect for hosting guests up to 10 for business lunches or after-work drinks. For groups up to 15, the hotel has a 285 square-foot room, and the largest conference room’s 456 square-feet of space easily seats 40 people. Each room is newly furnished with comfortable seating for daytime meetings, with state-of-the-art flat screen televisions for presentations.
At Outrigger Luana Waikiki, working professionals will also find a 24-hour business center for around-the-clock high-speed Internet access, personal computers, as well as access to a printer, and a fax machine that can be rented for meetings for an additional fee. This all-wireless property in Waikiki also offers free Internet access in all rooms for extra privacy, as well as in the hotel’s lobby, mezzanine and pool deck.
The in-house restaurant Protea Café serves-up delicious catering options, so that meeting participants stay fresh and fed throughout the day. Professionals taking their meetings into the evening can also order catering options in advance for an additional after-hours fee to fuel participants for late night sessions.
