Madrid – On the occasion of the March 3rd switch to zone F of Iberia flights departing from Miami Airport, the Spanish airline is opening the new VIP lounge to be operated jointly by Iberia, British Airways and American Airlines, which have a joint business agreement that covers routes between Europe and North America.
The 6,000 sq. m. lounge can accommodate up to 120 people at a time, and is equipped with everything a business travelled might need to work, relax or rest, including a business centre with several computers, high-speed Internet access, a children’s playroom with computer games and showers.
Free snacks will be served to outbound passengers and all types of alcoholic non-alcoholic beverages will be available, including a soup of the day.
The lounge, next to the security control checkpoint in departure zone E, will be open from 13:00 to 21:00 h., providing service to Iberia passengers taking one of the airline’s two daily flights to Madrid and Barcelona, to British Airways and American Airlines passengers, and to holders of emerald and sapphire cards issued by any oneworld airline.
