Celebrated author Darrin Zeer leads Yoga Weekend in Hawaii including free class for families

Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii – Learn „Wild Animal Stretches“ and „High Flying Acrobatics“ together with your kids at a free yoga class for families by nationally acclaimed yoga teacher Darrin Zeer.

A best-selling author, relaxation consultant and yoga teacher, Zeer has appeared on CNN, in Time Magazine and the Yoga Journal. He will lead a fun and relaxing Family Yoga Circus class from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Sunday, May 28, 2006, at the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach in Hawaii, part of a fun-filled weekend of yoga classes and activities.

In addition to Family Yoga Circus, Zeer will teach a free one-hour class called Everyday Calm, based on Zeer’s popular book by the same name, on Saturday, May 27 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.; and a more in-depth Partners Yoga & Massage Retreat on May 27 and 28, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Retreat participants will learn over 50 intimate stretches, achieve deep relaxation, give and receive a blissful massage, and learn lovers‘ meditation. Participation fee is $275 per couple for both days, or $150 per couple for
one day. Guests staying at the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach or the Outrigger Reef on the Beach can receive a 20% discount.

Zeer spent seven years in Asia studying the Eastern arts of yoga, meditation and relaxation. His published books include the wildly popular Office Yoga, Office Spa, Office Feng Shui, Everyday Calm, Travel Yoga, and the recently released Lovers‘ Yoga. Today, Zeer serves as a consultant to a number of corporations, and teaches others how to live simply, peacefully and healthier.

Special room rates are available for Yoga Weekend participants, starting from $165 per night at the Outrigger Reef on the Beach, and $200 per night

at the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach. Rates are per room, per night, two persons sharing.
