Delta Air Lines’ (NYSE: DAL) Board of Directors has rescheduled the airline’s annual meeting of stockholders to June 22, 2009 in New York City.
ATLANTA – The meeting will be held at 8 a.m. EDT in the Auditorium at AXA Equitable Center, 787 Seventh Ave., New York.
The record date for determining stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting will be the close of business on April 24, 2009.
