Low-Cost Carrier Links Two New Cities and Expands Service to a Third

ORLANDO, Fla. – AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), announced that it will expand its ever-growing route map with additional nonstop service to one of the nation’s top leisure markets. Effective May 8, 2007, the airline will introduce new nonstop service between Orlando and both Memphis and Kansas City. At the same time, AirTran Airways will launch a second daily nonstop flight between Milwaukee and Orlando.
