Air New Zealand advises that most customers affected by the emergency evacuation of a Boeing 737 at Auckland domestic airport have now completed their travel on alternative flights.
The cause of the electrical fault and fumes in the cabin is now being investigated by Air New Zealand engineers. As a result of the aircraft being out of service, four domestic flights will be cancelled today, with around 300 customers expected to be reaccommodated on other services within an hour of their scheduled departure time.
