Properties in Waikiki, Lahaina and Kapa’a expand Condo Collection’s offerings
HONOLULU, WAIKIKI, HAWAII- Outrigger Enterprises Group is pleased to announce the addition of three new outstanding properties to its Condominium Collection. The properties are the newly remodeled Aina Nalu Resort on Maui; the Regency on Beach Walk adjacent to the forthcoming Waikiki Beach Walk revitalization project; and the much anticipated Waipouli Beach Resort on Kauai.

Outrigger Regency on Beach Walk – Oahu
The Outrigger Regency on Beach Walk is adjacent to the $460 million Waikiki Beach Walk revitalization project. The project is transforming the area into a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood brimming with shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences in a unique Hawaiian promenade setting. The Outrigger Regency on Beach Walk’s 48 luxury condominiums offer the intimate atmosphere of a private residence with the sophistication of a luxury
boutique hotel. A creative blend of simple lines, colorful modern design, and custom millwork and sculpture set the tone for each of the units. Luxury one- and two-bedroom condos feature a host of sleek contemporary
conveniences such as a plasma TV, gourmet kitchen, and pampering bathroom. The completion of the Outrigger Regency on Beach Walk is scheduled for this coming November.
Outrigger Aina Nalu – Maui
Outrigger Aina Nalu is a newly remodeled resort condominium property in the heart of historic Lahaina, the town’s only property of its kind. Outrigger Aina Nalu is just a pleasant stroll from Lahaina’s harbor and waterfront, which is bustling with shopping and award-winning restaurants along Front Street.
