Swissport International, the world’s leading provider of ground services to the aviation sector, has appointed Toshihiro Kyuki as new CEO, effective 1 April 2009. He succeeds Shigeru Ohashi, who is moving to a new position within Marubeni, a Swissport Joint Venture Partner.
Zurich/Tokyo – Toshihiro Kyuki (44) will be taking over as CEO of Swissport Japan in Tokio on 1 April, 2009. He brings extensive experience in the aviation sector to the position and is currently General Manager Engine and Component Section at Aerospace Department of Marubeni. Swissport welcomes Kyuki-san as new CEO for Swissport Japan.
Shigeru Ohashi, the current CEO of Swissport Japan, will be appointed as new CEO of Marubeni Aerospace Corporation, a subsidiary company of Marubeni. Swissport thanks Ohashi-san for all his efforts for Swissport Japan during the last last three years and wishes both executives every satisfaction and success in their new capacities.
