Prague– As of 1 September, Martin Štolba, who has thus far been the Director of the Czech Airlines Ground Operations Management Department, became the Registered Representative of the Czech Airlines subsidiary Czech Airlines Handling. Martin Štolba is replacing František Lešundák in the position, whose employment with the company terminates as at 30 September.
Martin Štolba (37) has worked at Czech Airlines since 1993. He started at the company as an aircraft mechanic and later worked for Ramp Control. Between 1995 and 2009, he held management positions in Aircraft Handling Operations and the Aircraft Loading Department.
Martin Štolba studied international relations and European studies at the Metropolitan University in Prague, Law in Business at the Karlovy Vary University, and the specialization of Aircraft Mechanic at the Secondary School of Transport in Prague 6. The new head of Czech Airlines Handling speaks English, Russian, and Croatian.
